Nobody saw the deaths coming, but somebody must have known that there is a typhoon and that it will be a strong one. TIME’s Global Spin is right, we were truly unprepared for tropical storm Sendong. Then again, now is not the time for Filipinos to point fingers at each other. I truly believe that we are a nation of caring and compassionate individuals. Now is the time to extend our helping hands.
